Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall ambiance of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and promotions.
• Upsell food and drink items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong guest relations skills with an emphasis on hospitality and customer service.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is a plus.

Pay: $16.84 - $17.00 per hour
