Nursery Worker

Jensen Gardens is looking for an experienced Nursery Crew Member to become a vital member of our expanding team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a great customer experience, plant order accuracy, and overall plant health.

Job Duties:

• Identify plants
• Pull and stage plant orders, ensure order accuracy
• Water, weeding, trimming
• Ensure plant health
• Have orders ready 2 weeks ahead of need date

Requirements:

• A pre-employment drug screen is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel Skills
• 1 year experience in nursery horticulture field or school
• Full time and Part Time positions available. M-F and some Saturdays.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

Benefits:

• $16/hr-22/hr. Pay based on experience.
