We are looking for an experienced Pool Construction Foreman to become a vital member of our expanding team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful execution of pool installation projects, and driving the efficiency and quality of the work performed on-site.

Job Duties:
- Site Work Management: Oversee and coordinate site preparation activities, including grading, excavation, and clearing, to ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards.
- Concrete Work Supervision: Lead and supervise the mixing, pouring, and finishing of concrete for various construction projects, ensuring proper techniques are followed for quality results.
- Pool Installation Management: Oversee the installation and construction of swimming pools, ensuring precision in excavation, plumbing, and finishing to meet customer expectations and safety guidelines.
- Team Leadership and Coordination: Manage and direct crews on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
- Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and adheres to legal requirements and safety regulations, performing regular inspections to verify progress and workmanship.
- Project Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of project milestones, daily progress, and materials used to ensure all documentation aligns with project requirements and budgets.
- Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing updates on project status to ensure satisfaction and project success.
- Crew Training and Development: Train new crew members in specialized skills related to concrete, site work, and installation procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and safety.
Ideal Candidate:
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Has prior experience of pool installations
- At least 2 years of landscape or construction experience
- Proven leadership experience and a great attitude
- Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Available to work Monday – Friday
