Jensen Hughes is seeking an experienced IT support professional to provide overnight support to our operations teams worldwide. This fully remote position requires a dedicated professional to provide high-quality technical assistance during our overnight hours (7 PM - 3 AM ET). The ideal candidate will be comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, offering clear solutions, and providing excellent customer service while working independently.

Responsibilities
- Remote and local installations and upgrades of enterprise software and hardware, including networking equipment.
- Responding to user requests including, but not limited to:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software on PCs
- Software installations
- Password resets
- User account management
- Mobile device troubleshooting, setup, and MDM enrollment.
- Identify, document, and escalate recurring issues or potential system improvements to the I T Team Leads.
- Extensive proven experience in administering and troubleshooting Windows 10 – Windows 11 in a Microsoft Active Directory environment.
- Experience managing users and resources in Office 365.
- Experience supporting a mixed local and remote user base with remote control software and working with remote teammates across multiple offices.
- Basic troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, and VPN issues.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve problems with sometimes unfamiliar or specialty software.
- Exposure to and understanding basic SCCM and Cloud based architecture (Azure/Entra) highly desired.
- Experience with Intune and Autopilot
- The ability to undertake work independently whilst working effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Effective Communication skills and fluency in English language. Additional languages are an advantage but not essential.
- Confidence to take initiative while respecting wider team/company protocols.
- Experience working for a global matrixed organization preferred.
