WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage and maintain the financial health of our company. This role is responsible for overseeing the general ledger, inventory records, A/P and A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
Reporting to our General Manager, you’ll work with the local branch to ensure accurate and timely management of accounting activities.
A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
- Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Overseeing inventory records, adjustments, and variance analysis
- Managing accounts payable/receivable and vendor/customer records
- Reconciling payroll and bank statements
- Preparing financial reports and assisting with budgeting
- Ensuring compliance with tax filing requirements (e.g., sales tax, 1096)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment. You have demonstrated knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles and possess the following skills, knowledge, and experience…
- Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping or accounting
- Experience in manufacturing and/or automotive industry preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial best practices
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills
