What are the responsibilities and job description for the Merchandise Department Team Member position at Jensen Jewelers?
Are you a Diamond in the rough? Jensen Jewelers has immediate openings for
team members in our corporate office.
We are a growing company slated to opening new locations and are looking for
career-minded professionals who would like to grow with us! We currently have 16
locations, and our corporate office is right here in Twin Falls. This position comes
with the opportunity to travel to all locations at least once a year!
This 40-hour/week position requires a candidate with a positive attitude, to be a
team player, but also have the ability to work independently and without
supervision.
Responsibilities include:
Filing paperwork
Data entry
Unpack, verify, and record all incoming packages and their contents
Assemble and ship all outgoing packages and their contents
Familiar with UPS, FED EX and USPS shipping systems
Ability to use a tape gun and Box knife proficiently.
Quality control
Professional and efficient communication
Qualifications:
Knowledge of basic record keeping
Basic computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, (Excel,
Word) and Google Sheets
Great Attention to Detail
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
Ability to handle physical workload including lifting up to 50lbs daily
Ability to take constructive criticism
Ability to ask questions and clarify duties
Ability to stay organized, multi task, and time management
Ability to work as a team and also independently
Ability to work overtime when needed during busy seasons
Ability to travel
Schedule:
- 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
