Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour. Bonus Eligible.
The Job
Located in Riverside, we are an online retailer of all things bike – mountain, road, e-bike, you name it. Our product offering makes for a unique work environment as there isn’t a warehouse like ours in the area. Many of our team members are avid riders, and while it isn’t a requirement for the job, you just might end up on a bike. You can expect an easy-going, welcoming and flexible atmosphere with good people.
In this job, you will coordinate and lead the Receiving functions of the warehouse and efficiently and accurately coordinate, prioritize and receive purchase orders daily. This role also manages inventory, inventory discrepancies, and maintains and promotes a high level of accuracy and productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to Inbound team members.
- Verify, count, and assign UPC codes to inbound products.
- Bin (stock) inbound products once received.
- Bin location assignment, maintenance and optimization.
- Restock Go-Backs.
- Solve problem picks.
- Support picking, packing, down stocking, double clicks, and manifesting.
- Perform weekly cycle counts.
- Find and correct inventory discrepancies occurring on daily basis (not during cycle count).
- Help develop and maintain Inventory/receiving KPI numbers.
- Provide an environment of support and teamwork to achieve common goals.
- Conduct opening and closing building procedures.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma required.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer literacy.
- Forklift Experience (will train internally if none).
- 1 -2 years warehouse leadership experience.
