Job Type: Full Time (Wednesday – Sunday)

Job Description:
Our Tour Lead is responsible for executing outstanding experiences for guests, and building strong advocates of our Jeptha Creed brand! This leader fulfills guest experiences by illustrating distinguished knowledge of our distilling process, having a passion for our products, and sharing the provenance of our creed. It is the responsibility of our Tour Lead to guarantee a memorable experience for all our guests by presenting remarkable customer service, performing flawless organization. Jeptha's Tour lead is responsible in assisting leadership in training and coaching all tourism staff in exceeding tour standards.
Essential Functions:
- Innovate and Lead our Tour Experiences! With primary focus on our Premium Experiences.
- Engage and connect with guests- educating on bourbon history and all things Jeptha Creed! Focusing on the ownership background, spirit portfolio, and company story
- Targeting to exceed company standards
- Partner with management to execute proper staff training for Jeptha Creed’s tour and retail experiences
- Complete sales transactions by checking out guests through our point of sales system, providing excellent customer service
- Excellent Time Management- prioritizing responsibilities and schedule efficiently by maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization
- Perform opening and closing Front of House duties
- Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task and adapt to changing conditions
- Assist in all departments at the distillery, as needed
Skills and Experience
- Must have exceptional customer service skills, must be outgoing and engaging; personable and able to articulate the family’s story
- Excellent organization and communication skills, a notable candidate will be very comfortable speaking/presenting to large groups
- Desire to learn the bourbon industry, and build relationships with staff, guest, and business partners
- Resilient Work Ethic and Time Management skills, strong team player
- Microsoft Office Experience
- Must be able to drive Transit Bus
- Be able to stand or walk for an extended period of time
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
- Strong knowledge of the craft distilling industry (including cocktails, wine and beer) is a plus
- Previous retail and mixology experience is a plus
- Previous tour guide is required
- Previous Theater/Acting experience helpful
