Responsibilities
As our Tour and Retail Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the retail and tour teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and managing point-of-sale systems
- Coaching and developing staff to improve performance and productivity
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement
You will also be expected to contribute to the development of our distillery and visitor center experiences.
