Job Title: Industrial Engineer
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to enhance operational efficiency and optimize processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in warehouse development, packaging engineering, and traditional industrial engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to enhance productivity.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for production and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction initiatives and process standardization.
- Design and optimize warehouse layouts, material flow, and storage systems for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, warehouse development, or packaging engineering.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AutoCAD, and simulation tools for process design.
