Insurance Sales and Service Representative

Job Summary
We are looking for a new member to join our team. We are a family driven Agency that is in need of a motivated and enthusiastic self starter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. This role requires strong sales skills, a deep understanding of insurance policies, and the ability to analyze client requirements effectively. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as they will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Manage sales administration tasks including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members on outside sales initiatives to expand market reach.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Stay informed about industry trends, policy changes, and competitive products.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant legal requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong skills in sales administration and benefits administration.
• Ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated for outside sales efforts.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is desirable but not mandatory.
• A valid insurance license is required or must be obtained within the first few months of employment.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
