The Olson Agency is seeking a Recruiter to join one of the top-performing teams in the country! You will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates through our proven funnel on Indeed and IdealTraits.
You'll own the full recruitment cycle - from crafting compelling job postings to guiding candidates through assessments and interviews. You'll be the first point of contact, conducting initial interviews before transitioning top talent to management for final consideration.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and results-driven that excels at identifying high-potential candidates, particularly for commission-based sales roles.

Responsibilities
- Screen resumes, conduct phone/virtual interviews, and assess candidates for sales skills and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and make hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize recruiting tools such as Indeed and IdealTraits to track candidate progress.
- Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to position the agency as a top employer for sales professionals.
- Bring ideas to leadership when you see opportunities to add to our recruiting efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role, preferably in sales hiring.
- Strong ability to assess candidates for both skill and culture fit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools like Indeed and IdealTraits.
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to sourcing and employer branding.
- Passion for creating a great candidate experience and strengthening the hiring process.
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
