Our firm has a growing list of high-profile clients who are looking for a Personal Assistant who can help to keep their lives organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and an eye for detail. The successful Personal Assistant will work closely with his or her manager, and help make sure the daily administrative duties related to client management are completed in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Own a smart phone with internet access and the ability to download applications.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Be able to work well with people of varying personalities and backgrounds.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; have knowledge of Apple's iWork or Google Documents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
