What would I do in a day :
Manages kitchen staff, scheduling, inventory, ordering, and overall operations of the kitchen.
Organize and execute daily production and prep list for restaurant and events, via the approval of Operations Manager.
Maintain par levels and place orders accordingly.
Ensures all areas of kitchen are properly cleaned & products are stored correctly.
Ensures that all food products are used in a timely manner to minimize loss.
Acts as supervisor of Restaurant in the absence of the Front of House Supervisor.
Prepares & serves food accordance with Jerome Village recipes & standards.
Assists with all departments as needed.
Notifies Operations Manager in advance of expected shortages.
Maintains neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules at all times.
Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations.
Demonstrates and promotes a safe and secure environment for guests and team members in compliance with workplace policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
Observes and secures associate compliance with procedures and methods.
Assists with other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
