Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years painting experience, preferably in residential construction
- Language Skills: This position requires the ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively with other employees, customers and management
- Mathematical Skills: This position requires the ability to add, subtract, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Reasoning Ability: This position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- License: This position does not require any licenses
- Must be able to work well as part of a team
- Must be dependable and safety conscious
- Demonstrate attention to detail, workmanship, and excellent customer service
- Physical Demands: This position requires long periods of standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, and lifting up to 100 pounds
- Must have a valid Kentucky Driver's License and acceptable driving record
