In this role, you will be the point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have a background in fulfilling orders, shipping, and receiving merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Assist customers with order processing and product information.
- Shipping and receiving merchandise with light lifting up to 30 pounds (with assistance).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to customer service
- Proficiency in Outlook, Shopify & Excel experience is helpful
