Location: Jerry Hunt Supercenter, 418 Piedmont Drive Lexington Nc 27295

Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday, with one day off)

Jerry Hunt Supercenter is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by preparing vehicles for appointments, identifying customer needs, and maintaining an organized vehicle lot.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for customer appointments, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
• Identify customer needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
• Organize vehicles on the lot efficiently for easy access and retrieval.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail is essential for this role to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills to systematically manage tasks and keep the vehicle lot organized.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and colleagues.
