This position involves working as a cashier, receiving and stocking/merchandising products, and updating stock. You will be on your feet, lifting items and use a ladder.
Education requirements: High School Diploma.
Looking for nice and friendly individuals that are able to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment. Looking for some to work around 15-20 with a flexible availability and possibly pick up shifts when needed. If hired the possibility for additional hours could be discussed based on performance.
Pay starts at $10/hr and not negotiable upon hire until after 90 probation and proven track record at our store.
Raises are pay for performance.
There is a 90-day probation period.
Currently I am looking to hire someone who has the potential to eventually transition into a leadership role. This could be either a key holder or assistant manager, but this all depends on performance. 30 hours is full time for our associates. Full-time is offered to seasoned associates with the interest of being a Keyholder and/or Assistant Manager. This is all due to budget constraints enforced by my higher management. Pay raises are given to individuals that take on more responsibility and show a proven track record of accurately and proficiently executing responsibilities. The store runs well when we all do our part and there is a commitment to help each other out. Please think about if this is the commitment you are willing to make.
Shifts: 9:30am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-Close
Sundays 11:30am-Close
Store hours 10am-7pm Monday to Saturday 12pm-5pm.
Pay: $10/hr
