Currently I am looking to hire someone who has the potential to eventually transition into a leadership role. This could be either a key holder or assistant manager, but this all depends on performance. 30 hours is full time for our associates. Full-time is offered to seasoned associates with the interest of being a Keyholder and/or Assistant Manager. This is all due to budget constraints enforced by my higher management. Pay raises are given to individuals that take on more responsibility and show a proven track record of accurately and proficiently executing responsibilities. Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product features to effectively communicate with customers.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling where appropriate.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
