We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative for our Auto Body Shop. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The Customer Service Representative ensures smooth running of our company’s office and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Interact directly with customers as well as Auto Insurance Companies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, scan, letters, etc.)
- Support bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with customer information
- Submit timely reports as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English, with a focus on customer service and client support
- Proven history of working in an office environment as part of a team and dealing directly with the public
- Proficiency in data entry
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic accounting tasks
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing databases
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes is advantageous
