Customer Service
Hours: Monday through Friday 10:00am to 6:30pm and 1 to 2 Saturday shifts per month.
Non-Supervisory
Summary
Provides assistance and support to the Service BDC Manager by performing the following duties: answering all incoming service appointment calls and providing a high level of customer service to all Jerry’s customers, assigning appointments, responding to correspondence, completing all electronic entries into Jerry’s computer based systems.
Essential Duties
- Answering incoming calls quickly and efficiently schedule their service appointment
- Assign Service advisors to all customer appointments
- Complete internet service leads as assigned by supervisor
- Respond to customer email correspondence
- Make outbound & follow up phone calls
- Responsible for the completion of service call lists
- Make appointments for all new car sales 5 months in advance
- Handle complex customer service cases
- Utilize CDK software
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Marginal Duties
Will complete all other tasks assigned by management.

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience with providing a high level of customer service, & multitasking required
Experience working in a call center preferred
CDK software experience preferred
Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid Driver's License
