Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer vehicles by placing floor mats and seat covers upon arrival.
- Assist with driving, washing, and valeting cars and trucks.
- Shuttle vehicles from the service drive and assist in vehicle placement for technicians.
- Operate the shuttle bus courteously, adhering to all traffic laws. Obtain customer destination details, maintain a log, and park the shuttle bus properly at the end of each day.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room and service areas.
- Wash vehicles thoroughly, including cleaning whitewalls, rims, and windows, and removing any visible grease or dirt.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high attention to detail.
- A clean driving record.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus!
