Are you a detail-driven automotive leader with a passion for quality and team development? Jerry Seiner Casa Grande Chevrolet is looking for a Used Car Reconditioning & Service Manager to lead our service team and oversee the full reconditioning process for our expanding used vehicle inventory.
This is a key leadership position where you'll play a vital role in delivering top-quality vehicles to our front line, supporting sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction-all while developing a high-performing team.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee the entire used vehicle reconditioning process-from trade-in or auction to lot-ready status
- Ensure vehicles are reconditioned efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate closely with the sales and inventory teams to minimize cycle times and maximize lot readiness
- Lead, coach, and support technicians and reconditioning staff with a focus on productivity and accountability
- Monitor reconditioning metrics such as cost per vehicle, turnaround time, and workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and all regulatory requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate outsourced repairs or services when necessary
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive service or reconditioning management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven track record of driving results
- Solid knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair/recon best practices
- Proficiency with repair order and inventory management systems (CDK experience is a plus)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
