Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the purchase or trade of 20-30 vehicles a month, meeting the exchange program's minimum expectations.
- Provide every service customer (Customer Pay and Warranty) with a fair and accurate appraisal of their vehicle for trade or sale.
- Follow up with customers via phone or internet if not met in person.
- Enhance the customer experience both on the drive and within the dealership.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong phone, text, and email communication abilities.
- Ability to engage with customers and facilitate vehicle exchanges effectively.
- Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
