Compensation and Training:
- Aggressive Compensation Plan: Sell 10 vehicles per month and earn a minimum of $4,000 per month.
- Paid Training: Receive salary for the first 3 months plus bonuses and commissions.

General Duties:
- Customer Satisfaction: Focus on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Needs Assessment: Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
- Vehicle Demonstration: Demonstrate new and used vehicles, including test drives.
- Delivery: Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining features, warranties, and paperwork.
Qualifications:
