Location: Jerry Seiner Dealerships, Salt Lake City, UT

Position Overview: We are hiring for two full-time Service Call Center Representatives who are friendly, outgoing, and driven. This role involves making outbound courtesy calls, responding to customer inquiries, and building strong relationships to drive service appointments and customer satisfaction.
General Job Information:
- On-Site: Full-time (35-40 hours per week)
- Compensation: Hourly base plus commission ($25,000 - $45,000 per year)
- Hours: Flexible; Open Monday-Friday 7 am - 6 pm, Saturday 8 am - 5 pm, Closed Sundays
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make courtesy calls to customers to schedule appointments in the service department.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat.
- Documentation: Record conversations and update customer records after each interaction.
- Customer Relationship: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Knowledge Base: Stay informed about products, promotions, services, and dealership needs.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (both written and verbal). Computer and phone skills are essential. Typing speed of 30 wpm is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
