Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests by providing excellent service and maintaining the organization of the lot. Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Dealership Facility, grounds and vehicles, to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist with valet parking services as needed, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with subordinates regarding their vehicle needs and any special requests.
- Support delivery drivers by directing them to the appropriate areas for vehicle drop-off or pick-up.
- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Flexibility to work weekends as required.
- Valid Drivers License required.
Experience
- Experience in valet parking or as a delivery driver can be beneficial.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication is key in this role.
- A valid driver's license is required, along with a clean driving record.
