Summary
As a Parts Counter Person at Jerry V's Truck Center you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support. This position is essential to our mission of providing outstanding automotive solutions while fostering a welcoming environment for all customers.
Responsibilities:
- Processing parts requests by phone, online, email, in-person etc.
- Following up with customers and upselling additional parts needed
- Pulling of parts when necessary
- Processing returns
- Locating of backordered parts
- Processing of required paperwork
- Promote any current specials and programs
- Provide the best guest experience possible
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years current experience in automotive parts sales
- Great knowledge of both gas and diesel vehicles
- ASE Parts certified a plus!
- Works well in a fast-paced team environment
- Neat appearance, driven to be their best with a friendly outgoing personality
- Basic Computer skills and organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
