Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients to understand their life insurance needs and preferences.
Policy Advising: Provide expert advice on life insurance policies and tailor recommendations to client needs.
Cold Calling: Identify potential clients by cold calling, networking, and leveraging personal and professional contacts.
Sales Target: Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the district office.
Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients for continued support and service upselling opportunities.
Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest insurance industry trends and updates to deliver informed advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid California Life Insurance License.
