Job Summary:
Ensure slot machines are monitored on a continual basis for full capacity operation
Essential Job Functions:
- Process jackpot payouts and hopper fills in accordance with department policies and procedures
- Promote positive public relations and respond to guests promptly
- Perform money transactions and required paperwork with proficiency and accuracy
- All other duties that may be assigned
Work Environment:
- Must be willing to work any shift when necessary, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment in handling a variety of situations
- Must provide excellent customer service and respond calmly when handling guest’s needs
- Must have Gaming Registration or ability to obtain same
- Previous experience required; at least six months
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand or walk for 8 hours
- Must be able to move quickly around property
- Must have manual dexterity in hands and fingers
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs without assistance
