Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality subs with a smile Provide top-notch customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere Assist with opening duties starting at 7am, including setup and prep for the day Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about "Mike's Way" Follow operational procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service
