Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Oversee food preparation processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Provide training and support to new employees, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist with bartending duties as needed, maintaining knowledge of drink recipes and service techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
- Enforce health and safety regulations within the workplace.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shift management within the food service or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Previous experience in bartending or food preparation is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
