What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager in Training position at Jersey Mike's Subs (JMSTC LLC.)?
Now hiring full time Assistant Manager in training for our Jersey Mike's Subs in Fergus Falls! Our business is rapidly expanding and we are looking for future store manager's for our store openings in Western Minnesota! We will be opening 3 new locations in the next 18 Months, and are training future Assistant Managers and Managers for these store openings!
What we look for in our ideal candidates are those willing to help our team in the best conversation, the best speed, the best customer service, the best examples for our community, and the best sub sandwich makers in the Fergus Falls community! "We are a sub above!"
Our ideal candidate for these openings should be-
- Able to work day shift/ mid shift/ or evenings (8-10 hour shifts) 5 days a week for full time
- Presents the qualities of an effective leader by setting great examples each day and working as a team
- Not afraid to work quickly, and with high level customer service.
- Clean, well presented, and confident!
- Able to coach and be coached, be a great trainer and leader to your co workers, and help develop each staff member's strengths and weaknesses to be their best!
- Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
Open 7 days a week, 10am-9pm
