As the Assistant Manager you collaborate with store leadership to guide and execute business operations. In addition to excellence in product and service, you steward the financial viability of the business. This includes forecasting production, managing ingredients supply, and analyzing labor schedules. Crucially, you model integrity, diligence and positivity, and nurture these traits in the workplace.
