What You’ll Do:
- Operational Excellence: You’ll assist with everything from managing inventory, store sales, placing food, produce, beverage and store supply orders, and managing food and labor costs.
- Lead & Inspire: Alongside the GM you will be helping to motivate, coach and build an all-star team that delivers amazing customer service.
- Customer Satisfaction: Every customer experience matters. You’ll make sure everyone who walks through the door gets a sub that is not just tasty, but made with care.
- Daily Staffing: Review and make adjustments as needed.
- Scheduling Expectations: Employees are expected to work a minimum of 45 hours per week, including at least one opening shift, one closing shift, and one weekend shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
