We are hiring crew members. We do have openings for shift lead and assistant manager, but you have to be a crew member first (some exception maybe considered).
PAY and BENEFITS
A few things you should know that aren't mentioned in the job description. The starting pay is $13 and hour tips after training. We offer telehealth benefits from day 1 for no charge. You and up to 7 members in your household will have access to a Dr. 24/7, as well as many free - low cost perscriptions. Within reason, we offer flexible schedules so you can still make that family event or appointment. All shifts must be covered, but we understand that you have a life outside of work. We have families to take care of too. Amazing things can be accomplished within a business that communicates well. Vacation pay, 401k, and employee discounts are also provided for part-time and full-time employees.
Employees may work at the store 5 am - 1030 pm. Business hours are 10 am-9 pm, 7 days a week.
CREW MEMBERS:
Responsibilities:
-Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors.
-Be knowledgeable about our history and enthusiastic about “Mike’s Way”.
-Prepare and serve food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.
-Potentially open or close the store, prep, cleanup, and adhere to guidelines at all times.
-Work with efficiency in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:
- You must be 16 years old or older. (Preference goes to 18 for insurance reasons)
-No smoking in uniform, on the clock, or on the premises.
-Our uniform must be worn 100% in line with our standards.
-Able to be on your feet for the whole shift.
Experience in the service and restaurant industries is a plus.
The ideal candidate is very comfortable in front of people,
possesses an attitude with a playful sense of humor, and the
ability to work in the ultimate team environment. He/she must
demonstrate strong leadership qualities as well as the ability to
deliver exceptional customer service.
