- Maintain restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others
- Work in a fast paced team driven atmosphere
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience
- Full understanding of the terms accountability and information
- Education: High school degree or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Obtain a Food Handlers certification
- Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Excellent Menu and product knowledge to answer guests questions.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast pace environment and communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Commitment to learning new skills and participate in all Jersey Mike's training programs.
- Able to communicate effectively with guests with a consistently positive and helpful attitude.
- Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer.
