Position Summary:
As a Crew Member, you are the face of Jersey Mike’s. Your role is to provide excellent customer service, prepare quality subs, and help maintain a clean, friendly, and organized restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers with a smile and positive attitude
- Prepare and serve Jersey Mike’s subs to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of food prep areas, dining room, and restrooms
- Operate POS register accurately and handle transactions
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in receiving deliveries and stock rotation
- Work as a team to meet daily goals and deliver top-notch guest experiences
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
- Friendly, energetic, and a team player
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Must be at least 16 years old
