About the Role
- Oversight of restaurant operations, including coaching and development of crew members
- Set goals, assign tasks, motivate teams, and provide timely feedback
- Work closely with franchisee leadership to ensure seamless store operations
- Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive work environment
- Drive urgency among team members to meet customer needs and execute daily operations efficiently
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by adhering to safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- Experience as a Shift Manager, AGM, or GM in QSR or full-service restaurants
- Knowledge of industry regulations and commitment to excellent service
- Strong leadership skills, problem-solving aptitude, and ability to make decisions quickly
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
