Compensation & Benefits:
- Managers & Lead Managers: $30,000 - $45,000/year health benefits and paid vacation.
- Lead Managers
- are also eligible for a
- year-end bonus
- after completing their 90-day training period.
- Store Operators: Up to $73,800/year monthly performance bonuses, paid vacation, and allowances.Additional Perks for Lead Managers (Post-Training):

Your Leadership Path:
Manager in Training (MIT):
The MIT role is your first step toward leadership excellence. As an MIT, you’ll be learning the ins and outs of store operations while developing your coaching and leadership skills.
- Master Operations: Oversee staffing, scheduling, food safety, and quality control.
- Coach & Mentor: Train and inspire team members to reach their full potential.
- Create a Positive Culture: Set the tone for a fun, energetic, and collaborative workplace.
Store Operator:
After successfully completing your MIT training, you’ll take full responsibility as a Store Operator. This role involves managing store operations and ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience.
- Business Leadership: Drive store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and financials.
- Inspire by Example: Lead your team to success, ensuring they deliver excellent service and a "Sub Above" experience.
- Grow Future Leaders: Mentor team members and help develop them into future leaders and Store Operators.
Position Requirements & Expectations:
This position is contingent upon the successful completion of the following:
- Successful completion of the 90-day probationary period as a JMMIT.
- Successful completion of the JMMIT Evaluation, with a minimum 90-percentile pass rate.
- Completion of all required training necessary to advance to the Lead Manager position.
- Maintaining good standing with the Company throughout employment.
As a Manager in Training, you may be assigned additional duties as needed, and your responsibilities may be modified, expanded, or reduced at the Company’s discretion to meet business needs. You are expected to comply with all company policies, procedures, and directives.
