The General Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the restaurant, including the selection, training, performance management and career development of employees. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring proper product preparation, inventory control, personnel management, sales and marketing efforts while maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety. The General Manager is also responsible for ensuring the profitability of the operation. This individual must lead and motivate a team to carry out daily tasks to effectively operate the business..

REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years of restaurant management experience, three (3) years of which must be in a quick service or fast casual dining environment
- Experience with revenue and expense accounts and relationship with store profitability
- Solid understanding and familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to analyze operating budgets
- Ability to work in a team-focused environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent verbal, written and communication and interpersonal skills
- Serv Safe certified.
- Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges, stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver license from state of residence to travel as required
- Ability to travel and complete the paid management training program per franchise agreement
- Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule
