Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Jersey Mike's Subs in the San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Atascadero and Santa Maria Area. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure quality and customer service standards are met, handle financial aspects, and drive profitability and growth. The role involves leading a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and upholding the brand's values.
