NEW LOCATION OPENING LATE SUMMER 2025 IN OTTUMWA, IA!!!!!!! Jersey Mike's Subs is looking for a hard working, dedicated person who has the ability to build and lead a team and ensure company standards and processes are upheld while customers have a consistently pleasant experience. This position has the potential to lead to a multi-unit opportunity as we grow. This position is full-time, 45 hours a week.
Basic Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently
- Ability to work all parts of the restaurant including front, back, and must be able to operate a computerized cash register.
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, and friendly
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work well with a team of crew members
- Capability to learn skills quickly
- Possess cleanliness and organizational skills
- Food service experience
- Has the ability to lead
- Thrive in the Jersey Mike's process
