As a leadership team member you are the difference maker. You will help introduce this great brand to Little Rock market. Upward mobility for the brightest is HUGE as we promote from within and we are to open may more stores. You will be responsible for helping to manage the overall Direction of the store and unparalleled customer service. Candidates must be successful in various facets of store management including revenue production, associate development, Quality control and food cost control. Strong leadership skills combined with the ability to motivate and lead store associates are critical to success. Jersey Mikes offers a supportive environment including ongoing training, professional development and side by side working with the owners of the Company. As a Leadership team member , you will drive:
Store Operations
- Help Manage the store to achieve planned growth and profit goals
- Accurately report financial measures and transactions
- Manage food supply to ensure adequate availability at all times
- Ensure that Quality of service is optimal
- Ensure to the satisfaction of the Customers
- Ensure that the store has a strong Team
- Ensure that food meets Jersey Mike’s specifications
Manage Associates
- Assist in the Recruiting, hiring, training and development the best team of associates for the Store to ensure efficient and successful operations
- Schedule associate coverage to ensure published hours of store operations are met
Job Requirements:
- Proven demonstration of strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of energy, moving with a purpose
- Maintain professional appearance
- A history of demonstrated success skills
- Effective organizational skills
- Proven managerial skills
- Proven functional expertise in Restaurant management
- Sense of urgency to achieve tasks quickly
- A desire to provide exceptional customer service
