Jersey Mike's Subs in Midlothian is looking for Shift Leaders or Crew Members
Compensation/Benefits:
- $16-20 per hour total compensation includes base pay tips (base pay determined by position applied for and experience/qualifications. $16 per hour minimum for entry-level with zero experience or qualifications)
- Free regular size sandwich plus free drink refills each shift

Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Must be 16 years of age or older due to equipment age-restrictions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
- Operate POS system and cash register accurately for transactions.
- Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation.
- Learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant environment.
- Participate in both Training Center programs, typically Wednesday and Thursday evening from 5:30pm-8:30pm (Training Center is in the back of our Jersey Mike's located at 11413 Midlothian Turnpike)

Physical Demands:
- Capability to stand for long periods of time on hard surfaces
- Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting
- Frequent, repetitive motion of shoulder and elbow to operate the slicer (if 18 and older only)
- Be able to lift 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
