Jersey Mike's Subs is hiring a manager in training for our brand new location.
The location is aimed to open around May/June. Training can start ASAP at our Richmond, Ky location in which you will do a 8 week JMMIT program to get you ready. Pay will increase to salary once you are a General Manager.

Responsibilities:
· Strong customer service skills
· Train, coach, and develop team members in all aspects of the business
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
· Ordering and maintaining proper inventory levels
· Monitor and maintain all cash handling procedures
· Commitment to execute and maintain Jersey Mike's standards
· Work closely with ownership group in maintaining standards and expectations
Qualifications:
· Must possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
· Be a true team leader and hold others accountable as well as yourself
· Have a basic understanding of computers and point of sale equipment
· Must possess a strong work ethic and dedication to the success of the business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
