We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Shift Crew Member. As a Shift Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and serving food to meet Jersey Mike's specifications and high-quality standards
* Providing noticeably friendlier service than other restaurants
* Demonstrating great leadership and communication skills
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Sharing your life with our community and guests
Required Skills and Qualifications
* High school degree or equivalent required
* 1 year QSR experience preferred
* Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
* Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler (not required)
* Reliable transportation required
