Team Member

21-22.50 / hr tips 48 hours of sick pay, 401K

Earn between $21.00 and $22.50 per hour to start.

Jersey Mike's Subs continues to grow in Southern California. We are looking for quality career minded candidates with active and exceptional personalities to join our team. We offer competitive wages and flexible schedules. For full time employees we have a 401K plan, Full Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. Our newest location that is hiring is in Venice Beach, Ca off Main St. and Navy St. This location will be opening in October. We are hiring now to train at nearby locations to transfer once Venice Beach opens.

You will need to be willing to train at nearby location.

Must have or obtain Food Handlers card before joining our team

Payrate includes average hourly tip rate

We are looking for Crew Members and Shift Leaders for part time availability and may evolve to Full Time Status. Management Candidates should ideally come from a quick serve / food service background with the ability to lead teams through positive coaching and mentoring for at least 1 year. Your urgency must be on point, with the ability to have a 360-degree view of the operation at all times. Candidates must have knowledge of proper restaurant sanitation with food and labor cost experience being a plus.

Salary : $21 - $23
