Hello!
I'm looking for a high energy, open, reliable, and responsible applicate with at least 1-2 years of manager experience in the restaurant industry, to potentially enter into your manager in training process.
This individual needs to be willing to start from the bottom and go through all the riggers of training to become a basic crew member, Shift lead, and ARO (Assistant manager). The speed and growth of this process will be determined on one's ability to retain and apply all that will be taught.
(So please keep in mind, that the actual manager position is NOT guaranteed, and you must be patent in learning from the ground up).
The starting pay if or when you become a manager is $25-$27 per hour.
