Operations Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage various aspects of the business, including food preparation, safety protocols, and staff management.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations during shifts to ensure smooth workflow.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on best practices in food handling and customer service.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas.
• Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements.

Skills

• Strong understanding of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Experience in kitchen management, including staff supervision and training.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining quality service.
• Skills in cooking and food preparation are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges efficiently.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
